ICAEW in Weybridge is seeking a Financial Accountant to deliver timely financial reporting and support statutory accounts. You will lead monthly and year-end reporting, partner with operational teams and drive improvements in controls and reporting efficiency.

Ideally ACA or ACCA qualified with strong Excel skills and ERP experience (SAP). The role offers hybrid working from modern offices near Weybridge and exposure to senior finance stakeholders.

Formación

• ACA or ACCA certification required or in progress.
• Experience in financial accounting, statutory reporting or reporting-focused roles.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge and attention to detail.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP would be advantageous.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to analyse financial information.
• Strong communication skills across stakeholder groups.
• Proactive, solutions-focused, able to work independently and in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Managing month-end and year-end financial reporting activities.
• Supporting statutory accounts, compliance and audit requirements.
• Producing financial analysis and performance reporting for stakeholders.
• Supporting tax and VAT compliance processes.
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes, controls and reporting efficiency.
• Contributing to finance transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
