Job summary

Natara Global, a leading aroma chemicals and natural extracts manufacturer, seeks a Commercial Finance Manager to partner with Sales, Supply Chain and Operations from the Seaham site. Qualifications

• Recognised professional accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or international equivalent).
• Strong commercial finance and business partnering experience.
• Experience supporting pricing decisions, tenders, RFQs and customer profitability analysis.
• Advanced financial modelling and analytical capability.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building and stakeholder-management skills.
• Understanding budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Experience working across international or multisite operations is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the financial evaluation and pricing governance for customers and contracts.
• Support regional leaders with RFQ submissions and profitability analysis.
• Develop pricing models and governance to improve margins and competitiveness.
• Deliver detailed profitability analysis across products, customers and regions.
• Partner with VP-level stakeholders to develop budgets and forecasts.
• Drive S&OP financialisation and align demand planning with financial targets.
• Analyse pipeline and provide a commercial outlook with actionable recommendations.
• Provide monthly reporting on sales, margin and profitability to leadership.
