You will manage a Commercial Finance Analyst and play a key role in finance transformation initiatives within a large, supportive team working a hybrid pattern in London.

This is a commercially focused Finance Manager position partnering closely with Sales and Marketing. You will provide financial insight, challenge and guidance to support commercial decision-making, improve profitability and help the organisation deliver against its strategic and financial objectives.
You will also manage and develop a Commercial Finance Analyst while playing an active role in wider finance improvement and transformation activity.
Duties will include:
You will be a degree-educated, qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with strong commercial finance experience gained within FMCG. You will bring excellent analytical and financial modelling skills alongside proven business partnering and stakeholder management capabilities. A confident communicator, you will be comfortable influencing decisions, challenging constructively and managing competing priorities while remaining effective in a fast-paced environment.
