Job summary

Core3 | B Corp™ is seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner (Commercial) to join our hybrid London-area team. You will influence pricing, profitability and revenue growth across multiple B2B segments, working closely with Sales, Pricing and Account Management.

You will develop commercial insight, shape forecasting assumptions and collaborate with FP&A and Data & Analytics to deliver actionable recommendations and stronger financial discipline.

Qualifications

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Strong experience within commercial finance, finance business partnering or a commercially focused FP&A position.
• Proven ability to influence senior non-finance stakeholders and challenge commercial decisions.
• Strong financial modelling and scenario analysis experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted finance partner to senior commercial leadership across multiple B2B business segments.
• Provide forward-looking insight into revenue, margins and customer performance.
• Challenge commercial assumptions and communicate financial implications.
• Lead financial modelling and scenario analysis to support decisions.
• Own the commercial assumptions feeding into budgets and forecasts.
