Job summary

PepsiCo Deutschland GmbH is seeking a Finance Business Partner to join the Commercial Finance team, supporting the Away From Home (AFH) business with financial planning and performance management. You will partner with Commercial teams to drive profitable growth and help shape business decisions.

The role focuses on forecasting, reporting and insightful analysis to support monthly reviews and strategic initiatives in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Qualifications

• Post-qualification experience in finance.
• FMCG or commercial finance experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of the AFH Annual Operating Plan and forecasting processes.
• Own regular performance reporting, forecasting and financial analysis for the AFH channel.
• Deliver actionable insights on risks, opportunities and performance.
• Support monthly business reviews and KPI reporting to leadership.
• Forecasting and planning alignment with Region and Global teams.
• Collaborate with Commercial teams to support customer and growth opportunities.
