Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a high-performing Finance Business Partner to join the Commercial Finance team focused on the Away From Home (AFH) business. You will partner with Commercial teams to drive profitable growth, support customer strategy and deliver financial commitments.

The role includes forecasting, performance management and providing timely insights to shape business outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified finance professional with post-qualification experience.
• FMCG or commercial finance experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support AFH forecasting, planning and long-term strategy.
• Own regular performance reporting, forecasting and financial analysis for AFH.
• Deliver insights on risks, opportunities and performance to leadership.
• Support monthly business reviews and KPI reporting to Region and Global teams.
• Partner with Commercial teams to support customer, channel and growth opportunities.
• Provide financial modelling, scenario analysis and business case development.
