Job summary

Adele Carr Recruitment Limited is partnering with a well known FMCG/market leading brand for an urgent Commercial Finance Business Partner role. You will join a visible team supporting the Sales Finance Controller with strategic and day-to-day financial insight.

Expect to influence commercial decisions, manage customer P&Ls and contribute to budgeting and JBP activities across the Commercial teams. A strong communicator with finance modelling skills will excel.

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or a related discipline.
• Strong commercial awareness and financial acumen.
• Experience partnering with Sales teams and translating insights into action.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales teams to provide financial insight and commercial challenge.
• Manage customer P&Ls and support customer business planning.
• Contribute to Sales Business Reviews and commercial decision-making.
• Build relationships across Commercial teams to influence decisions early.
• Attend customer meetings and support Joint Business Planning (JBP) activities.
• Provide commentary on key drivers of business performance.
• Lead the annual budgeting process for your business area.
• Ensure governance and approval processes are followed.
