Job summary

ZEISS Vision Care UK in Birmingham is seeking a Commercial Finance Business Partner on an immediate 6-month FTC basis. You will partner with the commercial team to drive revenue and gross margin, develop robust financial analyses, and manage customer financing cases, ensuring value-driven decisions.

Reporting to the Head of Commercial Finance, you will build MI and KPI suites, challenge plans, and support cross-functional projects to deliver profitable growth for CZVUK.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified or equivalent.
• CA/ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification.
• At least 2 years post-qualified experience.
• Commercially focused with board-level presentation experience.
• Experience with due diligence (M&A).
• Ability to influence and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer financing activity to enable growth.
• Provide financial analysis to support decisions in customer financing.
• Develop MI reporting and KPI tracking for customer financing.
• Partner with commercial teams and governance bodies on approvals.
• Support strategic projects and benefits realisation.

Education

Degree qualified or equivalent

Chartered or Certified Accountancy Qualification: CA/ACA/ACCA/CIMA
