Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent).
• Excellent financial modelling and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders.
• Strong communication and ability to translate financial insights.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior commercial leaders and exec stakeholders to support strategic decision-making.
• Provide financial insight to drive revenue growth, margin optimisation, and cost efficiency.
• Translate financial performance into clear commercial actions for non-finance stakeholders.
• Build relationships across sales, marketing, operations, and product teams.
• Lead financial analysis on trading performance, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Deliver regular commercial performance reporting (revenue, margin, pricing, promotions).
• Develop and maintain financial models to support initiatives and investment decisions.
• Work with stakeholders to ensure forecasts reflect latest market insights.
• Support major commercial initiatives.
