Morrisons is seeking an Estate Performance professional at our Head Office to review estate performance and translate data into actionable insights for operational leaders, partnering with Regional Managers to drive EBITDA.

Based at our Leeds-area Head Office, the role involves collaborating with Retail Operations, Finance and Property, owning store performance analysis and shaping store strategies to influence the estate's future.

Qualifications

• Professional qualification (CIMA, ACCA, or ACA)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex numbers into actionable insights for operational leaders.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT).
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work at pace in a dynamic environment.
• Significant commercial and financial understanding

Responsibilities

• Business Partnering: Act as a true commercial partner to our Regional Managers, driving financial performance directly to the shop floor.
• Building Strong Networks: Collaborate daily with a diverse range of stakeholders, bridging the gap between Retail Operations, Finance, and Property.
• Own the Numbers: Take charge of store performance insight and analysis. Play a key role in shaping individual store strategies to influence the future of our Estate.
