Your Role:
- Oversee and manage the Main Contract invoicing, including understanding variances to budgeted/forecasted invoice amounts and contractual price changes.
- Manage the collation of volumetric data monthly, challenging results to ensure data accuracy.
- Maintain and develop pricing templates for different work categories such as Change, Lifecycle, Minor New Works, etc.
- Develop and implement financial modeling, providing support to the Commercial Team on contract changes, opportunities, and risks.
- Support Central Finance in preparing budgets and forecasts related to main contract activities, including pricing support for major bids.
- Engage in business partnering with stakeholders to support operational needs.
What We're Looking For:
- Qualifications: Fully qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA); degree education is advantageous.
- Experience: Commercial awareness, contractual understanding, experience in pricing, PFI, Facilities Management, financial modeling, and Defence sector accounting are beneficial but not essential.
- Skills: Strong MS Excel and system skills, excellent communication and influencing abilities, organizational skills, and constructive challenge capacity.
- Driving Licence: Full UK valid driving license required.
