Commercial Finance Manager - £80,000-90,000 + Bonus - Peterborough - Permanent (On-site)

Our client, a FTSE listed real estate company, is currently recruiting for a Commercial Finance Manager to report to the Divisional Finance Director and be responsible for the financial management of real estate projects across the region.

Main responsibilities:

1. Ongoing detailed review of Business Plans (Budgeting & Forecasting)
2. Management of ongoing project cashflows, highlighting risks and opportunities
3. Development of financial control environment for the region
4. Weekly, monthly, quarterly reporting to Group Finance Team, ensuring smooth and timely flow of information
5. Act as business partner for the division, supporting FD, MD, COO with ad hoc requests as required

Your background:

1. ACA/CA/ACMA qualified accountant or equivalent
2. Comfortable managing and driving change
3. Strong budgeting and forecasting skills
4. Solid technical accounting background
5. Understands numbers from a business perspective and is able to explain these clearly and succinctly to non-finance teams
6. Strong data manipulation (Excel) skills
