About The Role

As MCoBeauty launches into the UK and Europe, VidaCorp UK is looking for an experienced Commercial Finance Manager to shape and lead our financial strategy during this exciting period of growth. In this critical role, you will shape our financial strategy, processes, and reporting infrastructure for our high-growth FMCG business. Your responsibilities will include financial planning, performance analysis, commercial decision-making, and risk management, ensuring robust financial governance while supporting business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial mindset, experience in FMCG, or beauty, and a proven ability to build financial processes in a fast-paced, scale-up environment. This is a unique opportunity to drive financial strategy and grow alongside the business.

Role & Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the finance function for VidaCorp UK, ensuring robust financial controls, governance, and compliance.
• Develop the financial infrastructure, including accounting systems, reporting processes, and operational workflows to support business growth.
• Partner with the Managing Director and senior leadership to define and execute the long-term financial strategy for the UK & European markets.
• Support the transition from initial start-up phase to an efficiently scaled operation.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to drive commercial decision-making, profitability, and ROI.
• Act as a key business partner to Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure financial alignment with commercial objectives.
• Lead financial support for key retail and eCommerce negotiations, ensuring sustainable and profitable growth.
• Build and manage the annual budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Develop robust financial reporting processes, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow forecasting.
• Own monthly management reporting, providing clear insights and recommendations to leadership.
• Ensure effective working capital management, balancing growth with financial discipline.
• Set up and oversee accounting software, ERP systems, and financial controls.

Skills & Experience:

• Strong commercial mindset, with the ability to balance financial discipline and growth acceleration.
• Excellent business partnering skills, able to influence non-financial stakeholders and drive data-driven decision-making.
• Analytical and strategic, with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights.
• Hands-on approach with the ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels.
• Strong knowledge of FMCG finance, retail/ eCommerce dynamics, and trade investment models.
• Proficiency in financial modelling, forecasting, and data analytics tools (Excel, Power BI, ERP systems).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, scale-up environment.
• 7+ years' experience in commercial finance, FP&A, or financial leadership roles, ideally in FMCG, retail, or beauty.
• Proven experience in building financial processes and reporting structures in a scale-up or newly established business.
• Strong understanding of retail, trade terms, promotional spend, and gross margin management.
• Experience with financial systems implementation and process automation.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with commercial teams and support strategic growth initiatives.
• Prior experience in a regional expansion or business launch would be highly advantageous.
