KennedyPearce Consulting is partnering with a high-growth international supply chain business in Central London to recruit a Commercial Finance Manager. You will own budgeting, forecasting and strategic financial planning, leading FP&A and Finance Business Partnering teams and collaborating with senior stakeholders to drive profitability and growth.

The role requires strong P&L analysis, financial modelling for tenders, and a proven track record in partnering with senior leaders.

Qualificações

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified, or equivalent experience.
• Significant FP&A/commercial finance or finance business partnering experience.
• Proven experience leading and developing a finance team.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and P&L analysis skills.
• Experience partnering with and influencing senior commercial and operational stakeholders.
• Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insight.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience improving reporting processes.
• Experience supporting tenders, pricing and strategic business decisions would be advantageous.

Responsabilidades

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Finance Manager to join an international supply chain business based in Central London.

This is a senior, commercially focused role overseeing the FP&A and Finance Business Partnering functions. You will lead a team responsible for financial planning, forecasting, performance reporting and commercial analysis, working closely with senior stakeholders to drive business performance and support strategic decision-making.

The Role

As Commercial Finance Manager, you will take ownership of the budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes, providing clear insight into business performance, revenue, margins and profitability. You will lead and develop the FP&A and Finance Business Partnering teams, partnering with commercial and operational leaders to influence decisions and identify opportunities for growth.

About You
