Job summary

The Consultancy Group (London) is partnered with a well known Retail Brand to recruit a Commercially focused Finance Manager. You will drive budgeting, forecasting, and monthly management accounts, providing commercial insight and leading up to two Finance Analysts.

You will partner with senior stakeholders, build business cases, perform financial modelling and own balance sheet reconciliations to support strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience in business partnering and commercial finance.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
• Confident working with senior stakeholders.
• Experience using financial systems and AI-enabled tools.

The Role

A Commercially focused Finance Manager position partnering with senior stakeholders to drive business performance through financial planning, analysis and reporting. You'll lead budgeting and forecasting processes, provide commercial insight, support investment decisions and manage up to two Finance Analysts.
