The ideal candidate is a qualified accountant with a track record in commercial finance, strong data analysis skills, and experience leading a finance team in a dynamic, global business with hybrid working.

• Proven experience business partnering.
• Ability to work with large data sets and advanced excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial oversight across key areas of the business, delivering insight-led reporting and analysis to support operational performance, profitability, and growth objectives.
• Act as a trusted finance partner to senior stakeholders, translating financial data into clear insights and recommendations to support effective business decisions.
• Lead the development of budgets, forecasts, and financial outlooks, challenging assumptions, identifying emerging risks, and supporting proactive performance management.
• Support strategic initiatives and commercial opportunities by assessing financial implications, evaluating business cases, and providing guidance to improve financial outcomes.
• Lead and develop finance team members.
