Qualifications

• Experience in Commercial Finance Analyst, Finance Analyst, Management Accountant or Business Partnering roles.
• Strong analytical skills with large and complex data sets.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to produce meaningful financial analysis.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Confidence presenting financial information to non-finance audiences.
• Curious mindset with understanding of how the wider business operates.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to influence decisions.

About You

We're looking for an individual who can confidently bridge the gap between finance and operations.

You’ll ideally have:

• Previous experience within a Commercial Finance Analyst, Finance Analyst, Management Accountant or Business Partnering role.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with large and complex data sets.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience producing meaningful financial analysis.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Confidence presenting financial information to non-finance audiences.
• A naturally curious mindset with a desire to understand how the wider business operates.
• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to influence decision-making.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving capability.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive approach and a genuine desire to add value.

Part-qualified, finalist or qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) candidates are welcomed, although relevant experience and commercial capability are equally important.
