Job summary
Zanda is partnering with an exciting FinTech to help find their next finance leader. This is a high-growth environment seeking a CFO to drive fundraising and shape the financial function as the business scales.
Reporting to the CEO, you will lead on investor relations, update modelling and board packs, oversee accounting and compliance, and partner cross-functionally to align commercial planning with financial goals, building an investor-ready operation.
Qualifications
- Qualified Accountant with ACA/CIMA/ACCA credentials.
- Experience in a high-growth tech environment, preferably FinTech.
- Proven leader with experience building and scaling finance functions.
- Experience in investor-backed environments and fundraising rounds.
- Collaborative partner to the CEO and other C-suite members.
- Experience improving financial processes, including through AI.
Responsibilities
- Lead fundraising rounds in partnership with the CEO.
- Partner with CEO and other C-suite members on strategic planning.
- Update financial modelling and reporting for investor-grade boards.
- Coordinate cross-functionally to align commercial and financial goals.
- Oversee accounting, governance, and regulatory compliance.
- Develop relationships with financial institutions and external stakeholders.
