About the Company

Role Overview

This is a new role within the Finance team, created to support the Net Revenue Manager and Commercial teams by ensuring that monthly reporting information is accurate and up to date.

Key Responsibilities

• Checking and processing accruals forms
• Reconciliation of invoice tracker – on/off & Marketing
• Month-end reporting
• Price adjustment and Net Sales checks during month-end
• Assessment of commercial proposals using customer value chains
• Evaluation of customer/agency investment
• Evaluation of return on investment using ROI tools, with recommendations to the business
• Supporting the commercial teams
• Assisting with the budget and forecasting process
• Supporting agency reporting
• Tracking monthly marketing activities
• Maintaining and updating commercial finance tools
• Ensuring system integrity and supporting system updates
• Providing ad hoc reports as needed

Background and Skills

• University graduate preferred but not essential
• Working towards a professional qualification (preferably ACCA, CIMA)
• Strong proficiency in Excel
• 1 to 3 years experience in a similar role
• Experience in the drinks or FMCG industry required
• A strong team player with effective communication skills outside of Finance teams
• Commercial awareness and financial curiosity regarding business investments and financial health
