IT Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced Commercial Financial Director / CFO for a growing SME with international exposure. You will lead the finance function, provide commercial insight, and shape business strategy alongside the MD and senior leadership.

You will oversee reporting, budgeting, cash flow and controls, while driving profitability and continuous improvement within a hands-on leadership role.

Qualifications

• You have 5+ years in a Financial Controller or senior finance role.
• Strong management accounting and financial reporting experience.
• Excellent commercial awareness and analytical skills.
• Experience within an SME environment.
• Knowledge of UK accounting standards and financial controls.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with accounting software.

Responsabilités

• Lead the day-to-day finance function.
• Produce monthly management accounts, budgets and forecasts.
• Manage cash flow, financial reporting and KPI analysis.
• Support strategic decision-making through commercial finance.
• Improve financial systems, controls and reporting processes.
• Oversee payroll, VAT, compliance and year-end processes.
• Partner with sales, operations and production teams to support growth.
