Our client, based in Sutton Coldfield, is currently recruiting for a Commercial Finance Case Manager on a permanent contract.

The position is due to start immediately on a part-time basis. The full-time equivalent salary on offer is approximately £25,400.

The ideal candidate will have experience in financial services, with a strong track record in case management of mortgages or commercial finance.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

1. Managing commercial finance applications from initial enquiry to completion
2. Liaising directly with clients to gather all necessary information and documentation
3. Accurately inputting and maintaining data within the CRM system
4. Communicating with panel lenders, submitting applications, and processing responses
5. Supporting operational efficiency and continuous improvement through side projects
6. Managing your own caseload effectively while coordinating with clients, lenders, and internal teams
7. Contributing to a positive team environment and supporting colleagues as needed

Required skills, knowledge, and expertise:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
• Confidence in using CRM systems and handling sensitive financial information
• A collaborative, team-oriented approach with willingness to support others and share knowledge

Working hours:

• Approximately 20 hours per week
• Monday to Friday, 9am to 2pm
