Job summary

Johnson Matthey plc is seeking a Commercial Finance Business Partner to join the Americas region sales finance team. You will partner with sales to provide financial insight, challenge decisions, and support profitability and cash delivery.

The role leads budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, and evaluation of business cases, pricing, and commercial proposals, while embedding strong controls and compliance across commercial activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in a finance business partnering role within a complex or global organisation.
• Strong financial analysis, modelling and commercial acumen.
• Ability to influence and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting and performance management processes.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain financial concepts clearly.
• Professional accounting qualification (e.g. ACA, CIMA) or equivalent experience

The role:
