I'm currently working with a well-established and growing commercial finance brokerage based in Leicester, who are looking for an ambitious and driven Commercial Finance Broker to join their expanding team.

The Role

As a Commercial Finance Broker, you'll be responsible for working with businesses to understand their funding requirements and sourcing suitable finance solutions through a panel of lenders.

Key responsibilities include:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, lenders and introducers.
• Understanding clients' funding requirements and recommending suitable finance solutions.
• Managing finance applications from initial enquiry through to completion.
• Generating new business opportunities and developing a strong pipeline.
• Negotiating competitive terms with lenders to secure the best possible outcomes for clients.
• Providing excellent customer service and building long-term relationships.
• Working towards individual sales targets and contributing to the continued growth of the business.

About You

We're keen to speak with individuals who have:

• Previous experience within commercial finance, asset finance, business loans or a similar financial services environment would be advantageous but not essential.
