Are you a finance professional ready to step into a strategic, visible, and influential role?

We are seeking a commercially astute, financially literate, and proactive analyst to drive automation, financial planning, and commercial insight across multiple business functions. Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll transform raw financial data into actionable insights and introduce AI-driven processes to improve spend management, reporting, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the COO to provide a strategic view of departmental spend across HR, IT, Tech, Operations, and Product.
• Analyse financial data from sources like Sage, Oracle, SAP, transforming it into reports and dashboards.
• Lead the design and implementation of automation and AI tools to streamline financial processes.
• Identify opportunities for smarter procurement, outsourcing, or renegotiation to reduce costs.
• Work on forecasting, planning, and scenario modelling, including pricing and vendor strategies.
• Collaborate with Finance and Retail Directors to align reporting standards.
• Assist with implementing payment and billing systems for corporate clients.
• Introduce best practices in commercial operations, especially from a vendor/seller perspective.

Position: Permanent | Full-time (35 hours/week)

Experience & Skills

• Experience in commercial finance, operations, or transformation; qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) or equivalent experience.
• Advanced Excel skills, including automation and data analysis.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, Power BI AI visuals, CoPilot, or similar platforms.
• Self-starter with high initiative, comfortable challenging existing processes.
• Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with staff and senior stakeholders.
• Experience leading finance modernization and automation initiatives.
• Commercial mindset with confidence in pricing, scenario modelling, and investment analysis.
