Are you a finance professional ready to take on a strategic, visible, and influential role?

We are seeking a commercially astute, financially literate, and proactive analyst to drive automation, financial planning, and commercial insights across multiple business functions. Working closely with senior leadership, you will transform raw financial data into actionable insights and implement AI-driven processes to improve spend management, reporting, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the COO to provide a strategic view of departmental spend across HR, IT, Tech, Operations, and Product.
• Analyse financial data from sources like Sage, Oracle, SAP, and create dynamic reports and dashboards.
• Lead the design and implementation of automation and AI tools for invoice approvals, financial reporting, and budget planning.
• Identify opportunities for smarter procurement, outsourcing, or renegotiation to reduce costs.
• Work on forecasting, planning, and scenario modelling, including pricing changes and vendor strategies.
• Collaborate with the Finance and Retail Directors to standardize reporting.
• Assist with payment and billing systems, especially for corporate clients using RVS services.
• Introduce best practices in commercial operations, preferably with experience from a vendor or seller perspective.

Employment Details

• Permanent, full-time (35 hours/week)
• Experience in commercial finance, operations, or transformation. Qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) or experienced and financially fluent.
• Advanced Excel skills, including automation of data handling and analysis.
• Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, Power BI AI visuals, CoPilot, or automation platforms.
• Self-starter with high initiative and willingness to challenge existing processes.
• Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with staff and senior stakeholders.
• Experience leading finance environments towards modernization and automation.
• Commercial mindset with skills in pricing, scenario modelling, and investment analysis.
