Job summary

Soho House & Co is seeking a Commercial Finance Analyst to support the Group Commercial Finance Director in capital planning, site feasibility, leases, insurance and business partnering across a fast‑moving, multi‑site international business.

You will deliver analytical, modelling and commercial insight, strengthening governance and data‑led decision making for capex, feasibility and agreements across Development, Legal, Operations and other business areas.

Qualifications

Experience in commercial finance, FP&A or investment appraisal across multi-site businesses.
Strong financial modelling skills with ability to review business cases and feasibility models.
Understanding of capex, leases, property costs and commercial agreements.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint with clear outputs for senior stakeholders.
Experience with ERP/BI tools and interest in AI-enabled analytics.

Responsibilities

Support capex planning, governance, reporting and analysis for senior stakeholders.
Prepare financial models for new site opportunities and feasibility studies.
Analyse leases, property costs and commercial agreements; summarize key terms.
Assist with insurance, claims analytics and governance controls.
Partner with business units to provide actionable financial insight.
Develop repeatable templates and dashboards; drive data-driven decision making.
