Commercial Finance Analyst (12 month FTC) - Liskeard / Hybrid - Circa: £32,500

They’ve tasked us with sourcing an interim Commercial Finance Analyst to join their growing finance function. This is a full time, interim role with a minimum duration of 12 months (potential for extension). The company promotes hybrid working with a maximum of three days office based (to suit the successful candidate). The role will work very closely to support their FP&A Manager, with the key responsibility the detailed analysis of financial, commercial and market data to assist in strategic decision making. The Finance Analyst will assume responsibility for the research of data sources and interpreting relevant data. This data will then be transferred to management reports with full commentary.

Who’s right for the challenge? An analytically minded accountant/analyst with at least 18 months of recently gained analysis experience in a similar role and with a good understanding of the challenges and fast paced environment of a rapid growth business. You’ll need strong knowledge in end-to-end accounting policy and very strong spreadsheet/IT skills. It’s going to be a challenging, but extremely rewarding opportunity where the successful candidate will be an essential point of contact for all queries and support assistance. The role will be primarily based in the company’s east Cornwall HQ but may involve a small amount of SW based travel.
