Role Overview

The Commercial Finance Analyst provides financial analytics and performance insights across all Nuffield Health service lines. Supporting the Senior Commercial Finance Analyst and the Chief Commercial Officer, this role aims to deliver high-quality financial information to influence decision-making, drive growth, and support strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead analysis and business insight provision for commercial decision support, acting as the primary financial contact for stakeholders.
2. Deliver performance and KPI reporting to support senior management, including the Chief Commercial Officer.
3. Develop financial and non-financial KPI metrics to monitor performance and identify improvement areas.
4. Lead insights on trading performance in meetings such as weekly trading calls and monthly forums.
5. Manage trading requirements for the annual budget and forecasts, including assumption gathering and challenge.
6. Provide financial modelling to support investment cases and ad hoc analysis.
