Description: Division of a larger group seeks to appoint a commercially minded analyst

Your new company
International organisation with a multi-site set-up seek to appoint a talent finance analyst into a commercially-facing role at their Basingstoke site.
Your new role
You will provide regular reporting and analysis on financial performance and business KPIs which drives decisions across a broad stakeholder group. Furthermore, You will manage the planning and forecasting processes, support management with necessary guidance as well as initiate and deliver projects / process improvements to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the finance function.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified accountant (or soon to qualify) with strong analytical capabilities. Due to the significant stakeholder requirements associated with the role, you will demonstrate a strong commercial flair and an excellent communication style to partner closely with non-financial stakeholders.
