We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Commercial Finance Analyst in our London office.

Department Overview:

The Commercial Finance department in London manages strategic planning and reporting for the EMEA region, supporting sound financial decisions and collaborating with teams across Retail, Ecommerce, and Wholesale, alongside counterparts in Switzerland and the Netherlands.

What You’ll Do:

• Review month-end closure for field payroll across channels, analyze movements, and present findings to senior stakeholders.
• Prepare reforecasts with business partners for Retail.
• Own the annual budgeting process and updates for field payroll and real estate.
• Partner with Retail field team and HR to monitor store headcount, PTS%, productivity, and ensure metrics meet targets.
• Collaborate with retail teams to set and calculate bonus targets and commissions, obtaining necessary approvals and processing payroll.
• Develop investment appraisals for retail stores, monitor store performance, and challenge assumptions post-opening.
• Produce month-end performance packs with variance analysis and insights.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses to support business performance improvements.
• Provide support to US and retail teams as needed.

What You’ll Need to Have:

• Approximately 3 years’ relevant experience.
• Newly qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA with strong commercial exposure, preferably in Retail or Ecommerce.
• Excellent Excel skills.
• Understanding of the fashion retail industry for strategic advice.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Strong business partnering skills.
• Effective communication skills across cultures, with both finance and non-finance colleagues.
• Self-motivated with good time management and project management skills.
