Job Description
Night Train Digital, a division of Eccho Rights, are looking for an experienced, agile Commercial Director of Digital to lead our global Digital Services. Providing end-to-end digital content services, including strategy development, content production, channel management, audience engagement, and monetisation across YouTube, social media, and other emerging digital platforms, NTD currently operates more than 50 Youtube channels, with over 21 million subscribers enjoying our television drama, factual, entertainment and feature film offerings.
THE ROLE
Leading a team of digital specialists based in London and Istanbul, this role is responsible for driving the strategy and execution of our digital division, working in close partnership with the existing commercial, content, and deliverable teams across the Night Train Group.This role requires a strategic thinker who understands monetization in the digital space and who can drive innovation, growth, and efficiency for Night Train through new channels whilst maximising potential in the existing portfolio. The role will require a travel to our other offices and to markets such as MIPCOM and Realscreen.
The successful candidate must have a highly commercial mindset, with a relentless focus on measurable performance and profit. They will be expected to negotiate advantageous acquisition terms and optimise monetisation across all available channels, driving strong financial outcomes for the group.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will be bright, self-motivated, and will bring commercial acumen anda profitability focus to the role. Setting a long-term digital vision, whilst executing a strategic roadmap that delivers tangible impact in the short term will be key priorities for this role. This includes accountability for growing and owning new digital revenue whilst also leveraging their experience to optimise existing revenue streams.
They will bring a rigorous, KPI-driven approach to all commercial activity and will be accountable for delivering strong, data-backed results in negotiation, monetisation, and business development.
