- We help advertise for some of the world's fastest-growing companies.
- Alongside our ad agency, we run the world's fastest-growing ad media platform, The Ad Professor—read by the likes of Lego, Nike, Red Bull, Adidas, and Apple.
- We're on a mission to build the best agency in the world when it comes to creative and performance.
- We make ads that don't look like ads.
- We tried regular jobs and hated it. We care about output—nothing else. Everyone says they've never experienced a job like this. We're trying to live in 2034, not 1994.
- If you want to become one of the best in the world, apply. If you want an average job, do not apply.
The Role
We’re looking for a Creative Director who can set the bar, then raise it again.
You’ll own the end-to-end creative vision across every output: UGC, statics, scroll stoppers, high-quality video, and even OOH. You’ll lead from the front, concepting, mentoring, reviewing, and raising the quality across the board.
You’ll be a key voice in the business. A motivator for the team. A strategist and a storyteller. You’ll bring bold, fresh thinking to our clients and hold us to the highest standards internally.
This role is about leadership and ideas. If you don’t love the intersection of creative and performance, this role isn’t for you.
What You’ll Do
- Creative Leadership: Own and elevate creative direction across all teams—UGC, Video, Design, Strategy.
- Pitch & Concept: Lead ideation for campaigns, pitches and client strategies. Bring scroll-stopping, conversation-starting ideas to life.
- Team Enablement: Mentor, inspire, and guide a global team of creatives. Build internal training, templates and systems that raise the floor.
- Client-Facing: Present creative work with clarity and charisma. Win hearts, minds and retainers.
- Quality Control: Enforce a 9/10 minimum internal benchmark for all deliverables.
- Trendspotting: Keep your finger on the pulse of what’s working in ads—on social, in culture, in formats and frameworks.
- Innovation: Use AI and creative tools to scale ideation without sacrificing originality.
What You’ll Need
- 6+ years in creative leadership roles (agency or brand-side), ideally in social-first performance marketing
- Proven track record of producing high-performing, high-impact ads
- Deep understanding of UGC, static, HQ video, and creative that sells—not just looks good
- Experience mentoring creative teams across disciplines
- Strong conceptual and storytelling skills—can pitch an idea and own the room
- Ability to balance brand, performance, and platform nuances
- Bonus: experience with OOH and influencer-led activations
- Work from wherever — We’re fully remote. We don't want office drones that sit looking at the clock. We want ambitious people who want to enjoy their life and push themselves to grow on a daily basis.
- Fast progression curve — We only care about results and resourcefulness. We’ve built the business to provide fast progression.
- Annual Meetups — Recent trips include Croatia, Dubai, Bodrum & Lisbon
If you’re ready to take your career to the next level and make a meaningful impact, we want to hear from you.
