Job summary

Mynt is seeking an exceptional Commercial Director / Head of Growth to join the leadership team in the UK. You will shape the commercial strategy, build high-value client relationships, win significant new business, and create a scalable growth engine for the agency’s future success.

You’ll work closely with the Founder & CEO and Managing Director, leading pitches, managing negotiations, and driving recurring revenue while shaping the agency’s commercial function for long-term value.

Qualifications

• Experience as Commercial Director or equivalent with track record in winning and growing high-value client relationships.
• Strategic but hands-on leader, focused on building long-term client value over short-term targets.
• Direct access to senior leadership and influence over business strategy.

We're now entering an exciting new phase of our journey, with a clear ambition to grow beyond £6m in predominantly fee-based revenue by 2029. To help make that happen, we're looking for an exceptional Commercial Director / Head of Growth to join our leadership team.

This is far more than a traditional sales role.

Working directly with our Founder & CEO and Managing Director, you'll help shape our commercial strategy, build high-value client relationships, win significant new business, and create the scalable growth engine that will drive the agency's future success.

We're looking for someone who can:

• Develop and execute a clear growth strategy

• Engage and influence senior decision-makers
• Lead major pitches, proposals and negotiations

Who you are:

• You will likely be an experienced Commercial Director, Growth Director, Business Development Director, Client Services Director or agency leader with a proven track record of winning and growing high-value client relationships.
• You'll be commercially ambitious but collaborative, strategic but hands-on, and motivated by building long-term client value rather than simply chasing sales targets.
