About the Role
As a Commercial Delivery Manager, you will partner with the Head of Business Performance to set an integrated commercial, business development, resource strategy, and business plan at the Department level to drive sustainable, predictable, and profitable growth. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Leading the delivery of operational execution plans at the Department level, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Assisting in setting Department-level resource plans, financial targets, and monitoring budgets.
- Monitoring and analyzing the performance of commercial and operational activities using key metrics, and driving operational action plans to improve outcomes.
- Conducting research and analysis to create detailed business plans for commercial opportunities such as expansion and business development.
- Identifying and mitigating risks to ensure business continuity.
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve profitable revenue growth and margins.
- Overseeing pricing strategies to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
- Collaborating with diverse teams including BD&M, CXO, HR, Finance, and Data.
- Building and maintaining profitable partnerships with key stakeholders.
- Staying informed about industry trends and market conditions to proactively address challenges and opportunities.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
About You
