Job summary

Executive Network Legal Limited in Norwich is seeking a Commercial, Data, or IP Solicitor with 5+ PQE. You will advise on commercial contracts, technology agreements, IP matters and data protection, developing strong client relationships and growing the firm's market presence.

You will work with an established client base, supported by a network of referrals, and play a key role in business development and mentoring junior lawyers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years PQE advisory experience in commercial contracts, technology, IP and/or data protection.
• Excellent technical skills and strong commercial awareness.
• Mentoring and development of junior lawyers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow the commercial, technology, IP and data protection practice.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, intermediaries and stakeholders.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and revenue streams.
• Raise the firm's profile through networking, speaking engagements and events.
• Advise on a broad range of commercial contracts, technology agreements, IP matters and data protection law.
• Lead on complex client matters delivering pragmatic, commercial advice.
• Collaborate with colleagues across offices to deliver a seamless client experience.
• Support and mentor junior solicitors and foster a collaborative culture.
