Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience advising on commercial contracts, technology, intellectual property and/or data protection matters.
• Excellent technical skills and strong commercial awareness.
• Ability to mentor and develop junior solicitors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow the commercial, technology, IP and data protection practice.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, intermediaries and stakeholders.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and revenue streams.
• Lead on complex client matters and deliver pragmatic, commercially-focused advice.
