Job summary

ENL Legal Recruitment is seeking a Commercial, Data, or IP Solicitor in Norwich with 5+ years of experience to advise on commercial contracts, technology, IP and data protection matters. You will work with a broad client base, from growth businesses to established organisations, supported by an experienced client network and growth-focused leadership.

You will help grow the practice, build relationships in the local business community, and act as a trusted advisor.

Qualifications

Requires at least 5 years of experience advising on commercial contracts, technology, intellectual property and/or data protection matters.
Excellent technical skills with strong commercial awareness.
Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
Proactive, self-motivated, and commercially minded.

Responsibilities

Develop and grow the commercial, technology, IP and data protection practice.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, intermediaries, referrers, and stakeholders.
Identify and develop new business opportunities and revenue streams.
Raise the firm’s profile through networking and events.
Advise clients on a range of commercial contracts, technology agreements, IP matters, and data protection.
Lead on complex client matters delivering pragmatic, commercially focused advice.
Collaborate with colleagues across offices to ensure a seamless client experience.
Mentor junior lawyers and foster a collaborative team culture.
