Job summary

The Clancy Group in Liskeard is seeking a Commercial Administrator to support South West Water. You will collate and analyse data to provide accurate insight for the commercial management team, enabling informed decisions that impact financial and operational performance.

The role involves updating dashboards, weekly volumes validation, minute taking, month-end reporting and ensuring logs are complete with job specs, photos and QA sign-off.

Qualifications

• Experience with Excel (formulas, pivots, VLOOKUPs) and data analysis.
• Attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work with stakeholders and support commercial management.

Responsibilities

• Updating commercial dashboards for weekly calls and stakeholder engagement.
• Overall volumes analysis and validation each week.
• Minute taking in meetings to capture actions.
• Month end reporting.
• Assessing value of work completed using schedule of rates.
• Ensure each job has the correct spec and information in the log, including photos and signed QA from the supervisor.
• Ensure each job is priced, reviewed and submitted within 30 days.
