Job summary

Canopy by Hilton London City is recruiting a Commercial Coordinator to support and drive commercial activity within the hotel. You will handle guest and group inquiries, assist with proposals, and identify opportunities to upsell rooms, F&B, and facilities to enhance revenue and guest satisfaction.

Based in central London, you will collaborate with hotel teams to deliver outstanding guest experiences and provide proactive sales, commercial and administrative support.

Qualifications

• Background in hospitality +1 year.
• Computer literate.
• Be a able to work individually and in a team.
• Good customer service skills.
• Problem solving.

Looking to take your hospitality experience in a new direction? As our Commercial Coordinator, you’ll gain a unique view of how the hotel operates commercially, working across teams to identify opportunities and turn them into results. It’s a varied role that will give you the chance to make a direct contribution to the hotel’s success, from driving revenue to enhancing the guest experience.
