Ideal candidates have bar experience, knowledge of cocktails, wine and spirits, and a passion for delivering friendly, sociable service to a diverse range of guests. UK work eligibility is required.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Bartenders to come and join the Canopy, we call it collaborative because we work together!

PENNY SQUARES is our specialty casual all day dining restaurant set in a rustic and organic setting, serving artisan breakfast in the morning, and freshly made clay oven inspired dishes made with local, sustainable ingredients in the evenings.

St. CLARE is at the heart of Canopy Central, it is the perfect place to eat, drink, work, relax or socialise. Enjoy craft coffee roasted in the neighbourhood, unique cocktails and get a taste of the latest local drinks every evening.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and serve high-quality alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, including cocktails, wines, and spirits.
• Deliver warm, efficient, and professional customer service to every guest.
• Process guest orders and payments accurately.
• Maintain high standards of health, safety, licensing, and hotel procedures.

About You

• Previous bar experience
• Basic knowledge of cocktails, wine, and spirit
• You love to meet, greet, and serve all sorts of people
• Be passionate about all thing’s food & drink
• Are in love with the happenings in our neighbourhood
• Always look at ways to serve and surprise each guest
• You are flexible, approachable, and sociable in nature.
• You must have the right to work in the UK to be eligible for this role, documented evidence of eligibility will be required from candidates.
