We’re recruiting for a small, vibrant law firm near Sutton, seeking a talented Commercial Conveyancing Paralegal to join on a part-time basis (3 days/week in the office). Whether you have direct commercial conveyancing experience or a residential conveyancing background aiming to transition, this is an excellent opportunity to grow in a supportive setting.

Responsibilities: Supporting a Commercial Property Partner with a range of conveyancing transactions, managing files, preparing legal documents, liaising with clients and third parties, and ensuring smooth transaction progress.

• Experience as a Paralegal in commercial property conveyancing or related legal field
• Understanding of property law
• Excellent communication skills
