The role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Paralegal to join our busy and supportive Real Estate department. You'll gain hands-on experience across all aspects of the property sector and have the chance to work with an impressive array of clients.

You’ll be supported by a collaborative and encouraging team, and we’ll ensure you have opportunities to learn, grow, and contribute meaningfully from day one.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct legal and factual research, ensuring all relevant information is considered in a case.
  • Summarise legal documents and help prepare legal arguments, applications, declarations, and motions.
  • Draft and file land registry applications and SDLT forms.
  • Review and analyse legal documents for completeness and accuracy.
  • Prepare written reports and proofread legal materials.
  • Support post-completion matters including creation of completion bibles.
  • Maintain and organise case and reference files.
  • Monitor changes in relevant regulations.
  • Assist with business development activities, including researching and drafting articles related to the Real Estate sector.
  • Flexibility to occasionally work outside standard office hours may be required.
