Job summary

Axiom, a global leader in high-calibre, on-demand legal talent, seeks a Commercial Contracts professional to draft, review and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements. You will partner with legal, sales, procurement and business teams to manage contracts throughout their lifecycle, handling tracking, documentation and post-signature support.

• Demonstrable experience with drafting, reviewing, negotiating and/or managing commercial agreements.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate and support delivery of a broad range of commercial contracts.
• Support services, consulting, licensing, content, software-development, SaaS, SLAs, e-commerce and NDAs.
• Manage contracts through lifecycle: tracking, administration, document management, stakeholder coordination, execution and post-signature support.
• Partner with legal, sales, procurement and business teams while managing multiple priorities.
