Job summary

Sovereign Network Group (SNG) is seeking a Commercial Contracts Specialist to join the Property Services Commercial Team. You will lead contract management for several high-value contracts, mobilise contracts, manage delivery and performance, implement changes, and handle risk management within contracts.

Key duties include maintaining the contracting database, monitoring live contracts, and coordinating documentation with procurement and external legal advisors.

Qualifications

• Expert understanding of contract management and SRM across end-to-end lifecycles.
• Ability to compile contracts, design contracts, and navigate contract frameworks.
• Experience in change control, performance monitoring, and supplier audits.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the Property Services contracting database.
• Oversee live contracts, monitor performance, and manage contract changes and notices.
• Coordinate contract documentation sign-off with Procurement Team and external counsel as needed.
• Provide commercial guidance on contractual matters and liaise with finance, health & safety, and procurement.
• Oversee payment assessments, supplier performance, and conduct supplier audits.
• Ensure adherence to KPIs and deliver regular performance feedback.
• Represent the commercial team at monthly review meetings with key contractors (>£5m lifetime spend).
• Facilitate smooth transitions and adherence to commercial/legal standards across the lifecycle.

Salary:£39,000.00 - £48,000.00 Per year Here at Sovereign Network Group (SNG) we're seeking a Commercial Contracts Specialist to join the Property Services Commercial Team.In this role, you will enhance commercial excellence within your department by leading contract management activities for several of SNG's complex, high-value, strategic, and operational contracts. You are expected to leverage your commercial expertise to mobilise contracts, manage their delivery and performance, implement contract changes, and handle risk management within the contracts.
