Achuman Capital Limited, in partnership with a top-tier national law firm in Belfast, seeks a Solicitor to join their Commercial & Technology team. You will advise domestic and international clients on commercial agreements, technology transactions and regulatory matters.

Responsibilities include drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex contracts (supply, licensing, outsourcing, collaboration and technology transfer), and advising on data protection, AI, cybersecurity and related regulatory

Formación

• 2+ years PQE in a commercial law role.
• Strong commercial law background with excellent academics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Technically excellent with attention to detail.

The Role:

The successful candidate will join a highly regarded Commercial & Technology team in Belfast, advising leading domestic and international clients on a broad range of commercial agreements, technology transactions and associated regulatory matters.

The role will involve drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex commercial contracts, including supply, licensing, outsourcing, collaboration and technology transfer agreements. The successful candidate will also advise on data protection, AI, cybersecurity, and technology-related regulatory requirements.
