I am currently recruiting for a lovely position for someone who has experience as a Commercial Contracts Manager within a defence environment.

The daily duties will include

• Drafting, negotiating and agreeing contracts and agreements
• Risk management - identifying risks associated with contracts and develop mitigation strategies
• Reporting to management on contract statuses, key risks and any significant changes that could impact the business.
• Contract management - overseeing the management of contracts throughout their lifecycle, including amendments, renewals and closeout processes, ensuring obligations are met.
• Compliance - ensuring all contracts comply with applicable laws, regulations and company policies.
• Bidding process, ensuring cross functional, working to deliver costs in time, generation of proposals and contract negotiations.
• Contract delivery - being a vital part of the delivery chain that ensures promises are met to customers.
• Contract dispute resolution, manage and resolve contract related disputes in collaboration with legal and other departments.
• Business winning - being a key player in winning new work

What you will need experience in
