Job summary

Executive Network Legal Limited is seeking a Commercial Contracts Lawyer in Leeds with 3–5 PQE. You will handle a varied caseload advising a diverse client base on general commercial contracts, IT, IP and data protection, with exposure to a broad range of commercial issues.

You will draft, review and negotiate supply and distribution contracts, outsourcing arrangements, media and marketing agreements and technology contracts, while providing practical, commercially minded advice and building

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' PQE in commercial law.
• Experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate a range of commercial agreements including supply and distribution contracts, outsourcing arrangements, media and marketing agreements and technology contracts.
• Provide practical, commercially focused advice and manage client matters with increasing autonomy.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and contribute to the growth of the team.
