Job summary

BMC Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Commercial Contract Specialist to support the commercial management of engineering and industrial projects across the North East. The role focuses on contract administration, change management, commercial risk mitigation, tender reviews, and client/subcontractor negotiations.

The ideal candidate will have a background in mechanical, piping, or process engineering environments and strong knowledge of NEC, JCT, or bespoke contracts.

My client are seeking an experienced Commercial Contract Specialist to support the commercial management of engineering and industrial projects across the North East.

The successful candidate will be responsible for contract administration, change management, commercial risk mitigation, tender reviews, and client/subcontractor negotiations. A background in mechanical, piping, or process engineering environments is preferred, although candidates from other engineering sectors will also be considered. Strong knowledge of NEC, JCT, or bespoke contracts and the ability to work collaboratively with project and commercial teams is essential.

Key Requirements:
