About the Role

Our client is seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Cleaning Technician Lead to join their expanding team in Tembisa, Gauteng . This role is essential for ensuring the pristine condition of various commercial properties, contributing to a positive image and healthy environment for businesses. The Lead Technician will be responsible for not only performing high-quality cleaning duties but also for guiding and assisting a team of cleaning technicians. This position requires a hands‑on approach, strong technical cleaning skills, and the ability to lead by example. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness across diverse commercial settings, from office spaces to retail outlets, ensuring client satisfaction and operational efficiency. The successful candidate will demonstrate a commitment to detail and a proactive attitude towards maintaining superior hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks in commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing restrooms, and emptying trash.
• Lead and direct a team of cleaning technicians, providing guidance and ensuring adherence to established cleaning procedures.
• Train new team members on cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and company standards.
