Job Description:

Our client, a Multi-Disciplinary Consultancy, is currently recruiting for a Building Control Surveyor to join their growing Leeds office on a full-time, permanent basis.

The ideal candidate will be a fully registered Building Control Surveyor or in the process of becoming registered, based in Yorkshire with experience in the commercial sector.

Responsibilities include:

1. Survey unsafe buildings, advise or approve their demolition.
2. Write inspection reports and issue completion certificates.
3. Participate in plan checking, site inspections, and project management duties.
4. Ensure projects run smoothly from inception to completion, maintaining compliance with building regulations.

Qualifications:

• Experience as a Building Control Surveyor in the commercial sector.
• Fully registered or in the process of registration.
• Full or part qualified RICS or CABE.

Salary and Benefits:

• £55k - £65k (Guide only - DOE)
